University of Western Ontario Is One of Only Twenty Universities Worldwide To Get Top Rating (And Only One in Canada)

I really thought my attending the University of Western Ontario might drag the rating down – yes, even nearly two decade later.  But luckily UWO is still an extremely prestigious University even if they allow pretenders like myself to darken their halls. 😉

Track and Field Day

Managed to pop over to see a bit of Sasha’s year-end track and field meet during my lunch hour today.  My folks were in so they were also able to swing by then even got to give Sasha a ride home after. Great day!

Secular Sunday – “Indiana public librarians forced to remove half the books in the teen section as demanded by unelected library board including a pro-book banning pastor”

Just as we watched drug poisonings and Narcan training spread across American libraries before becoming more common in Canada, I suspect religiously-motivated book banning requests (and religious board members being even more activist in trying to direct library’s directions, not just individual books) is the next thing American libraries will export to Canada.
