With the Summer Olympics on, I can’t be the only person with this question. (Of course, I broke my wrist going off a bike jump a couple years ago and broke my leg playing beer league hockey about a decade ago. So maybe sports dominance isn’t in my future, no matter how “easy” the sport?)
