Other than the “Gentle Reminder” clashing completely with angry-faced blob, I think signs like these are a good idea. But I'm a person with allergies to artificial scents and eczema that is reactive to perfumes and cologne.
I was going for a joke about the irony of having a sign about being a “scent-free” workplace in a place that is decidedly not scent-free but as Shea, also a bit more of a literalist than I am, pointed out – it's especially important to have these types of signs in the ladies' washroom since women are probably more likely to spritz than men after using the rest room.
