Pace used his saved up birthday/Christmas/babysitting money to buy himself a $500 Nintendo Switch the other day – a long ways from when he was a year old and having fun on the $50 desktop computer I bought from Southeast Regional Library after they decommissioned it.
Having a fun day at Nickle Lake’s activity shack (which, almost unbelievably, they chose to call “The Beaver Shack” during a contest last summer!) However, it shall always be “Nickle Make” to me after the name I submitted! 😉
The last day of school is the perfect day for Throwback Thursday. I love how Sasha’s face changes from resignation and uncertainty in the first picture to utter joy and relief in the second. (And even Pace’s near-teenaged face has a hint of smile to it today compared to September as well!) 🙂
