Music Monday – “I just wanna feel real love/Feel the home that I live in/’Cause I got too much life/Running through my veins/Going to waste”

When Shea and I got married on the beach in Mexico in 2003, this song was in heavy rotation on one of the music channels in our hotel room.

(In fact, I briefly thought she might call off the wedding to pursue Robbie Williams.  Or if she didn’t, I might as he’s just that damn hot!)

I had the advantage of knowing how hot Robbie Williams was from my semester in England in 1995.  I was introduced by the young women in my dorm who were swooning for Take That which was like a British Backstreet Boys.  Robbie Williams ended up leaving the group and then surpassing Gary Barlow as the group member who everyone thought would become the inevitable Ricky Martin/Justin Timberlake/Harry Styles figure who breaks free of his boy band beginnings to go on to individual super stardom.

Anyhow, enjoy this song (but not you, Shea!  We’re going to Mexico for our 20th anniversary and I don’t want to end up divorced if one of us happens to bump into Mr. Williams in the Cancun airport!) 🙂
