Throwback Thursday – #tbt – Grandparents at My Parents Wedding (October 1971)

Last week, I mentioned an aunt had given me a variety of old photos she’d scanned.

Here’s a great one from my parents’ wedding featuring all four of my grandparents.

So many thoughts and memories looking at this photo – the things my grandparents saw ranging from World Wars to Great Depressions; memories of various family events ranging from Christmases to wedding to funerals (of course, including for all four of them sadly); and of course, the lessons they taught me plus the foundation they created for the life I’m enjoying today…
