Diagnosed with ALS in June 2019 and given six months to live, Calgary Flames Assistant GM, Chris Snow, is still alive three years later.  He has even been able to keep working (kudos to the Flames for this!) and turn his bad situation into an opportunity to raise hundreds of thousands for ALS research.  His wife has also started a blog to raise awareness as well.

If this interview on Hockey Night in Canada’s “After Hours” doesn’t pull at your heart, you probably don’t have a heart.

We’re obviously all the “stars of our own show” with our own stresses, problems and challenges.  But one of my coping strategies when I’m worried about things in my own life is to try to remember it could also be worse.
