The creator of a FB page promoting the honest, non-partisan sharing of Covid experiences was a couple years behind me in school and I know her dad and family as well.
It’s tragic that the reason she created this page was because her dad is one of many people in Indian Head affected by Covid recently. He is one of the most serious cases I know of, having ended up on a respirator.
Every single day, I get angrier and angrier at the deniers, the anti-maskers, the “no worse than the flu” people. Even worse is our government who plays footsie with them and indulges their anti-mask, anti-science views instead of showing (excuse the expression) strong leadership to keep everyone as safe as possible.
