Is "Hit The Rhubarb" a Saskatchewan-Only Expression?

An Alberta cousin sent me this joke which seems appropriate after I hit the ditch last weekend for the first time in fifteen years.

A Winter Statistic

98% of Canadians say “Oh Shit!” before going in the ditch on a slippery road.

The other 2% are from Saskatchewan and they say “Hold My Beer and Watch This!”

Of course, “Shea, you can pass me my hamburger now” isn’t quite as funny of a punchline. (Or maybe it’s funnier?)
